Return Policy

  • Eligibility: Most products can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened skincare products, gift cards, and final sale items are not eligible for returns.

How to Return

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact support@sumirah.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. Receive Authorization: If approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. Package Your Return: Securely package the items, including the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the Return: Use a trackable shipping service to send the package to the address provided by our team.

Refunds

  • Processing: Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used. If the original method is unavailable, we will arrange an alternative refund method.
  • Deductions: Return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or product, please follow the return process and place a new order for the replacement item. This ensures you receive the new product as quickly as possible.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact support@sumirah.com immediately with your order number and photos of the issue. We will resolve the problem promptly, either by sending a replacement or providing a refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card provider, as it may take some time for the refund to post.
